These terms shall generally apply to services contracted directly with Áloratur, unless particular terms are expressly communicated for a given product, group, private service or booking.
2.Scope of application
These General Terms apply to bookings made through www.aloratur.com and Áloratur's own channels, including, where applicable, email, telephone, WhatsApp, payment links or other contracting methods provided by the company.
Each activity may have particular terms regarding schedules, minimum age, physical requirements, documentation, meeting point, language, included services, restrictions, equipment, safety or other specific characteristics.
These particular terms shall form part of the contract and shall prevail over the general terms only with respect to those aspects specifically regulated therein.
3.Pre-contractual information
Before formalising a booking, the customer must review the information corresponding to the activity they wish to book.
The product page will indicate, as applicable, the main characteristics of the service, date, schedule, approximate duration, meeting or pickup point, language, price, included and excluded services, participation requirements and particular terms.
The customer is responsible for verifying that the selected activity is suitable for themselves and for the other persons included in their booking.
Before completing an electronic contract, the customer must be able to review these General Terms and the specific terms applicable to the contracted product. Distance-contracting regulations require that essential pre-contractual information be provided clearly and comprehensibly before the consumer is bound. BOE
4.Booking process
A booking shall be considered confirmed when:
First, the corresponding payment has been successfully made.
Second, Áloratur has sent the customer the corresponding booking confirmation by email, booking system or other equivalent electronic means.
The customer must check the confirmation details and report any error as soon as possible.
Electronic contracting legislation also requires electronic acknowledgement of receipt of the acceptance of the contract. BOE
5.Price
The applicable price shall be the one shown during the booking process or the one indicated in the corresponding commercial proposal.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, prices aimed at the end consumer shall include the legally applicable taxes.
Optional services or costs not expressly included in the activity must be paid by the customer when they choose to book them.
6.Payment methods
Depending on the channel and the contracted service, Áloratur may accept:
Bank card, bank transfer, cash, payment link or other means expressly enabled by Áloratur.
Ordinary bookings must be paid in full (100%) at the time of booking, unless Áloratur expressly communicates different payment terms for groups, private services or bespoke services.
The payment systems used must clearly indicate that completing the booking entails a payment obligation. This requirement is part of the obligations for electronic contracting with consumers. BOE
7.Free cancellation by the customer
Unless an activity or booking is subject to different particular terms, the customer may cancel their booking free of charge up to exactly 24 hours before the scheduled start time of the activity.
When this deadline is met, 100% of the amount paid will be refunded.
Example: if an activity is scheduled for Saturday at 10:00 a.m., free cancellation may be requested up to Friday at 10:00 a.m.
Cancellations requested with less than 24 hours remaining before the start of the service shall result in a charge of 100% of the booking amount.
8.Date change requests
The customer may request a date change free of charge, provided availability exists and Áloratur expressly confirms the change.
Requesting a change does not mean it is automatically accepted.
If there is no availability for the new requested date and 24 hours or more remain before the start of the original booking, the customer shall retain the right to cancel free of charge.
If less than 24 hours remain, a change request may not be used as a mechanism to circumvent the applicable cancellation policy.
9.No-shows and delays
The customer must arrive at the meeting point at the time indicated in their booking or in subsequent communications from Áloratur.
For services involving transport, a maximum courtesy margin of 5 minutes applies, unless expressly stated otherwise.
Once that margin has elapsed, the vehicle may begin the service so as not to inconvenience the other participants.
The customer's absence, late arrival or loss of the service for reasons attributable to them shall be considered a no-show and shall not give rise to any right to a refund.
At the Caminito del Rey, if the customer arrives late and misses their access time slot, there shall likewise be no right to a refund.
10.Cancellation due to weather conditions
The existence of rain, heat, wind or other weather conditions does not in itself result in the automatic cancellation of an activity.
Unless Áloratur, the site manager, the competent authority or the responsible body determines that the activity must be cancelled, the service may proceed by applying the corresponding safety measures.
If Áloratur decides to cancel an activity for weather or safety reasons, the customer shall be entitled to:
a refund of 100% of the amount paid, or, where possible and if the customer accepts, a date change or an alternative activity.
If the customer voluntarily decides not to attend an activity that remains operational, the ordinary cancellation policy shall apply.
In the specific case of the Caminito del Rey, its risk assessment document considers rain, wind, frost, cold and heat as circumstances that may increase risk and requires extreme caution and the use of suitable clothing and footwear.
11.Closure of the Caminito del Rey once the service has started
If the service has already started — for example, if the coach has departed from Málaga — and the Caminito del Rey is subsequently closed, preventing the contracted visit, Áloratur shall refund 100% of the amount paid.
Whenever possible, Áloratur may also offer an alternative activity.
Acceptance of such an alternative shall be voluntary for the customer.
12.Cancellation by Áloratur
If Áloratur is unable to provide the contracted service due to operational circumstances that require its cancellation, it may offer:
a date change, an alternative activity of appropriate characteristics, or a refund of 100% of the amount paid.
The customer may choose among the alternatives that are available.
13.Operational and logistical changes
Áloratur may make reasonable adjustments to schedules, meeting points, transport, guide, order of visits, stops or itinerary where there are operational, logistical, traffic, safety, weather, authority instructions or similar reasons.
Such adjustments shall not substantially alter the essential characteristics of the contracted service.
If Áloratur must make a substantial change, such as a significant schedule modification that materially affects the nature of the service, the customer may:
accept the proposed change or cancel the booking and receive a full refund of the amount paid.
14.Minimum number of participants
As a general rule, Áloratur's regular tours are not subject to an overall minimum number of participants.
Nevertheless, reorganisations of schedules, vehicles or groups may occur due to logistical needs.
Where such changes are substantial in nature, the provisions of the previous section shall apply.
15.Languages
The usual languages for Áloratur's excursions are Spanish and English, unless the product page indicates otherwise.
Áloratur will organise groups by language whenever the operations and characteristics of the product allow it.
The page for each activity will state whether the visit is exclusively in one language, bilingual, or whether different groups exist.
16.Guides
The same activity may involve different professionals during its course.
Depending on the product, Áloratur accompanying guides, local guides, official guides of the destination, official guides of the Caminito del Rey, or other duly qualified professionals may take part, as applicable.
The replacement of one guide by another suitable professional shall not, in itself, be considered a substantial modification of the service.
17.Transport
When the activity includes transport, it may be provided by coach, minibus or another vehicle suited to the characteristics of the service and the number of participants.
A change in the type or model of vehicle shall not be considered a substantial modification as long as the contracted transport continues to be provided under adequate conditions.
The customer must comply with the instructions of the driver and Áloratur's staff.
Smoking is prohibited in the vehicles.
Drug use is also prohibited and, unless expressly authorised in connection with the service itself, so is the consumption of alcoholic beverages inside the vehicle.
18.Participant conduct
Áloratur may prevent a person from participating in or continuing an activity when that person is under the influence of alcohol or drugs and their condition may compromise their own safety, the safety of the group, the proper conduct of the service, or compliance with the rules of the site visited.
Violent, intimidating, dangerous or seriously disrespectful conduct towards other participants, staff, guides, drivers or third parties may result in exclusion from the service.
Where exclusion results from conduct attributable to the customer, there shall be no right to a refund.
19.Minors
Minors must meet the minimum age requirements and conditions established for each activity.
Where participation by persons under 18 is permitted, they must be accompanied by a responsible adult unless regulations or particular terms provide otherwise.
The minimum age may vary between products.
It shall be the responsible adult's duty to carry the documentation necessary to prove the minor's age when it may be required.
20.Accessibility and physical conditions
Before booking, the customer must review the physical and accessibility requirements indicated for the activity.
Certain products involve lengthy walking, gradients, stairs, uneven terrain or spaces that are not adapted for persons with reduced mobility.
Where the service is not adapted, this circumstance will be indicated in its specific terms.
If a participant has doubts about their ability to safely complete the activity, they must assess this before booking and, where a relevant medical condition exists, consult a healthcare professional.
21.Allergies, intolerances and dietary needs
When an activity includes food, tapas, tastings or drinks, the customer must inform Áloratur as far in advance as possible of any relevant allergy, intolerance or dietary need.
Áloratur will pass this information on to the provider where applicable and will endeavour to offer a suitable alternative whenever possible.
The availability of alternatives may depend on the establishment, provider and characteristics of the service.
22.Luggage and personal belongings
Each participant is responsible for the safekeeping of their luggage, documentation, money, mobile phones, cameras, clothing and other personal belongings.
Áloratur will make reasonable efforts to help locate lost items when they have been found by its staff or providers, but cannot guarantee their recovery.
This clause shall not limit any liability that may legally correspond to Áloratur.
23.Insurance
Áloratur's activities will have the coverage legally required according to their nature.
Where Áloratur includes participant accident insurance, such coverage applies to persons aged 65 or under, in accordance with the terms of the policy taken out.
Persons over 65 may take part where the activity allows it, but they must be aware that the participant accident insurance does not cover them and that they must have their own personal accident insurance suitable for the activity.
This limitation refers to the accident insurance mentioned and must not be confused with any civil liability insurance that may legally or contractually apply.
In the case of the Caminito del Rey, the official safety document states that the activity has professional liability insurance appropriate to the nature of the activity.
24.Bookings made on behalf of several persons
The person making a booking on behalf of several participants declares that they have sufficient authorisation to do so.
They likewise undertake to inform the other persons included in the booking of:
the terms of the service, participation requirements, schedules and meeting points, safety rules, necessary documentation and any relevant information provided by Áloratur.
This obligation is especially important for activities such as the Caminito del Rey. The official consent document establishes that a person purchasing multiple tickets assumes responsibility for conveying the risk information to the other participants and ensuring it is understood and accepted.
25.Group, private and bespoke service bookings
Bookings for groups, private services, corporate events or bespoke activities may be subject to particular terms regarding:
payment, deposit, cancellation, modification, number of participants, schedules, duration or other aspects.
These terms will be indicated in the corresponding quote, commercial proposal, contract or confirmation.
Where particular terms are expressly accepted, they shall prevail over these General Terms with respect to those aspects specifically regulated therein.
26.Bookings via OTAs, agencies and third parties
Bookings made through GetYourGuide, Civitatis, Viator, Tiqets or other platforms, agencies, intermediaries or distributors shall also be subject to the terms communicated by the corresponding sales channel.
Modifications, cancellations, payments or refunds must be processed following the terms applicable to the booking and, where applicable, through the channel through which the purchase was made.
Bookings made directly through Áloratur's own channels, such as the website, email, WhatsApp, telephone or payment links, shall be subject to these General Terms and to the particular terms communicated during the booking process.
27.Right of withdrawal
The tourist activities marketed by Áloratur are generally contracted for a specific date and time or performance period.
The general right of withdrawal applicable to certain distance contracts does not apply to services related to leisure activities where the contract establishes a specific date or period of performance, pursuant to Article 103 of the Texto Refundido de la Ley General para la Defensa de los Consumidores y Usuarios (Recast Text of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users). BOE
For that reason, cancellations shall be governed by the cancellation policy set out in these terms or in the particular terms of the contracted service, including free cancellation up to 24 hours in advance where applicable.
28.Complaints
Áloratur has official complaint and claim forms available to consumers and users.
Likewise, the obligations arising from the Hoj@ electronic system of the Junta de Andalucía (Andalusian Regional Government) shall apply within the legally established deadlines.
The Orden de 24 de abril de 2026 (Order of 24 April 2026) establishes the implementation of the Hoj@ system while simultaneously maintaining the obligation to have paper-based complaint forms available. For businesses not included in the accelerated implementation cases, the regulation sets a general deadline of one year from its entry into force to register. Junta de Andalucía
Complaints related to a booking may also initially be addressed to:
29.Data protection
Personal data provided during the booking process shall be processed in accordance with applicable regulations and with Áloratur's Privacy Policy, available at:
The customer may consult that policy for information regarding the data controller, purposes, legal bases, recipients, data retention and the exercise of rights.
30.Applicable law and jurisdiction
These General Terms shall be governed by Spanish law.
Where the customer is a consumer or user, any dispute shall be submitted to the courts and tribunals with jurisdiction under consumer protection regulations.
Where the law permits the parties to agree on jurisdiction and the customer is not a consumer, the agreement between the parties shall apply or, failing that, the courts and tribunals with jurisdiction under the law.
ANNEX ISpecific terms · Caminito del Rey
These terms shall apply to Áloratur activities that include access to or a visit to the Caminito del Rey.
1. Nature of the activity
The Caminito del Rey is an activity carried out in a natural environment involving physical effort and inherent risks associated with, among other things, the terrain, gradients, height, stairs, weather conditions, rockfalls and features specific to the site.
The official document describes a main route of approximately 5.4 km that must be completed entirely on foot, and a central stretch of 3.52 km with no vehicle access possible. There are also uphill and downhill sections and stairs.
The participant must be in adequate physical condition to complete the activity.
2. Age
Children under 8 are not permitted access.
Persons under 18 taking part in activities marketed by Áloratur must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
The official Caminito document expressly establishes the prohibition on access for children under 8 and the requirement of adult accompaniment for certain minors.
3. Physical conditions and accessibility
The Caminito del Rey is not suitable for people who cannot complete the route on foot unassisted, or whose physical or medical condition is incompatible with the characteristics of the route.
The following are not permitted:
canes, crutches, wheelchairs, pushchairs or similar devices.
These restrictions form part of the official rules of the site. Persons with an illness or condition for which the activity may be contraindicated must refrain from taking part and, in case of doubt, consult their doctor beforehand. This is likewise established by the site's risk assessment document.
4. Basic safety rules
During the visit, the instructions of Caminito del Rey staff and the guide must be followed at all times.
Among the main mandatory rules are:
- Mandatory use of the helmet provided by the organisation during the route.
- Wearing of suitable clothing and footwear.
- Umbrellas are prohibited; a raincoat must be used when necessary.
- Canes, crutches, wheelchairs and pushchairs are prohibited.
- Bulky objects or bags that hinder the route are prohibited.
- Drones are prohibited unless authorised.
- Access with animals is prohibited.
- Consumption of alcoholic beverages along the route is prohibited.
- Use of tripods or objects that obstruct passage is prohibited.
- Participants must remain within the authorised route.
- Smoking and lighting fires is prohibited.
- Areas where stopping is prohibited must be respected.
These restrictions appear in the official risk and safety document.
5. Water, clothing and weather
The participant must check the weather conditions and bring suitable clothing and footwear.
The safety document recommends bringing at least 1.5 litres of water per person, especially in hot conditions.
Bad weather does not necessarily mean the Caminito will close.
If the site remains open and Áloratur maintains the service, the customer's voluntary decision not to take part shall be subject to the ordinary cancellation policy.
6. Helmet and cardio-protected zone
The helmet provided at the entrance must be worn throughout the route until the point established for its return.
The Caminito del Rey has a safety system that includes trained staff and a Cardio-Protected Zone, with semi-automatic defibrillators distributed along the route and staff trained in their use.
This infrastructure does not replace the participant's obligation to assess beforehand whether their physical condition is suitable for undertaking the activity.
7. Inherent risks
The participant acknowledges that the activity takes place in a natural environment and that inherent risks may exist, such as:
rockfalls, falls at different or the same level, impacts, adverse weather conditions, forest fires, stairs, ramps, gradients and other risks inherent to the environment.
The official document expressly identifies these risks and the corresponding preventive measures.
8. Informed consent
Before taking part, the customer must have had access to the risk and safety information for the Caminito del Rey.
By means of the corresponding acceptance during the booking process, the participant declares:
that they have received comprehensible information about the risks, that they are not aware of any contraindications preventing them from carrying out the activity, and that they voluntarily accept the risks inherent to the environment and the activity.
This acceptance does not exclude or limit any liability that may legally correspond due to fault or negligence on the part of the organisation.
This same principle is expressly set out in the official informed consent document of the Caminito del Rey.
ANNEX IISpecific terms · Ronda and Setenil de las Bodegas
1. General characteristics

round-trip transport from Málaga, an Áloratur accompanying guide in Spanish or English, a guided visit with an official Ronda guide, and free time in Ronda and Setenil de las Bodegas.

When a modality is marketed as an English-only visit, the customer must expressly select that option.
2. Minimum age
As a commercial decision of Áloratur, children under 4 are not admitted on this excursion.
Persons under 18 must take part accompanied by a responsible adult.
3. Accessibility
The excursion is not adapted for persons with reduced mobility due to the type of routes, distances and travel that must be undertaken on foot.

As a commercial decision of Áloratur, children under 4 are not admitted.
Persons under 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
3. Entry documentation
Each participant is responsible for checking, before travelling, what documentation they need to enter Gibraltar based on their nationality and personal situation.
It may be necessary to have:
a national ID card, passport, visa, permits relating to minors or other documentation required by the competent authorities.
Áloratur may provide guidance information, but the ultimate responsibility for checking and carrying valid documentation lies with the traveller.
If a person cannot enter Gibraltar because they do not meet the documentary, immigration or visa requirements, they shall not be entitled to a refund.
The other persons in their booking may continue the excursion as normal.
If other companions voluntarily decide to leave or not continue the service in order to stay with the affected person, they shall likewise not be entitled to a refund.
4. Accessibility
The excursion is not adapted for persons with reduced mobility due to the distances and walking involved in the programme.
Persons who need canes, crutches or other aids that hinder their ability to complete the route unassisted must check before booking.
5. Conduct and restrictions
Pets are not admitted.
Drones shall be subject to the destination's regulations and restrictions.
Persons who are intoxicated or under the influence of drugs shall not be permitted to take part where this may compromise safety or the proper conduct of the excursion.
Smoking, drug use or the consumption of alcoholic beverages inside the coach is prohibited.
ANNEX IVGroups, private services and bespoke services
Bookings for groups, companies, agencies, corporate events, private services or experiences specifically designed for the customer may be subject to different terms than individual bookings.
Áloratur may establish in each proposal:
payment terms, deposits, deadlines, cancellation policy, changes to the number of participants, duration, prices, included services and other particular terms.
Confirmation of the proposal by the customer shall constitute acceptance of those terms.
In the event of a conflict between these General Terms and particular terms expressly accepted for a group, private service or bespoke service, the particular terms shall prevail with respect to the aspects specifically regulated therein.
